Description

Kirkjufell (463m) is a beautifully shaped and symmetric, free-standing mountain. Its name means 'Church Mountain', and it is one of the most iconic landmarks in Iceland. Late December, the Mountain was dressed in white, and the ice on the nearby frozen lake created an interesting foreground for this shot.
